Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on product and quantity ordered and determined by UPS and USPS published rates.

Expedited Shipping:
We have expedited shipping options available for domestic orders. This includes Next Day, 2-day, and 3-day shipping options. Orders must be placed before 12pm Eastern Time Monday-Friday to receive guaranteed expedited delivery in the time frame specified; and only if items are in stock. Expedited delivery orders received after 12pm Eastern Time or on Friday/Saturday/Sunday normally ship the next business day.

Shipping Time:
Orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 24 business hours of order placement. Please allow 5 - 7 business days for delivery.

Custom Fees and/or Duty Fees/Taxes

Monell Pets is not responsible for any Custom Fees, duties or taxes. These are solely the responsibility of the buyer.

If you supply us with your postal address on-line you may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products, special pricing and services or upcoming events. Returns & We understand that there may be instances when you must return our product. Please follow and understand our guidelines for an easy return procedure.

• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

• All return requests must be made in writing to customerservice@monellpets.com so that we can send you a RMA #(Return Merchandise Request number) and must include the following information

-Your full name

-email address or eBay user ID

-Order number

-Date purchased

-Reason for the return

• Once we issue your RMA# please make sure you clearly mark your package with the RMA #

• Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the RMA #

• All returns must:

-Merchandise must be in a new re-sellable condition, in the original unopened packaging and must include all parts & publications,

-All merchandise must be clean, and have no indication of pet hair, use etc

-If we determine upon inspection that these criteria have not been met, a 10% return fee will be applied.

-If any parts are missing, we will apply a 30% restocking fee, or decline the return.

• Initial outbound and return shipping charges are not refundable

• If your order shipped with free shipping, our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

A copy of your invoice or a copy of your email requesting the RMA# must be included with the return.

• For your protection, we suggest you insure your package and keep the tracking #.

• Some items may not be returnable, such as Wire Break Detectors , Litter-Kwitters, litter boxes, etc.

• Wire (whether buried or not) taken off the spool, used flags/splices/sod staples, are not returnable and the appropriate deductions will be taken

• Please allow us 5 business days to process the refund, from the date we receive your item to process your refund.

Please Note: If for some reason, your product does not work when it arrives, we will gladly exchange it as long as you let us know within 30 days of your purchase. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer to handle the warranty issue.

Replacements
 
1. Read and agree to the Returns Policy and Procedure above.
2. Email: CustomerService@MonellPets.com - We will need your order number and the Item ID number of the product you wish to return.

Refused Orders - Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS or any other common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping and a restocking charge of 20%.
